印度的 ESI 生育津贴是什么？
ESIC 说明，受保妇女如果在给付期之前的两个缴费期里缴费满70天，生育津贴按全额工资支付26周，医生可以再加一个月。收养母亲或委托母亲从孩子交到手里那天起支付十二周。生育津贴不与疾病津贴在同一天重复支付，已经由 ESIC 支付的妇女不再向雇主领取同一项津贴。
