香港的产假有多长？
以连续性合约受雇、并且已经通知怀孕和打算放假的女雇员，有权放14周产假。如果分娩晚于预产期，会补上多出的天数，因怀孕或分娩引起的疾病或残疾还可以再加最多四周。产假工资为平均日薪的五分之四，须在产假开始前以连续性合约受雇至少40周，指南对第11周至第14周的工资设有上限。
