芬兰的育儿津贴是什么？
这一页是 Kela 的育儿津贴。对象是照顾未满 2 岁孩子的父母，或照顾安置未满 2 年的收养儿童的人，并且当时不工作，或者处于失业、上学或领取养老金的状态。一个孩子，页面写的是一共 320 个工作日。如果有两位父母，每人 160 个工作日，一位父母最多可以转出 63 天。这些天可以用到孩子满 2 岁。每个人在 OmaKela 提交自己的申请，或用表格 SV 15。如果雇主在休假期间发工资，Kela 把津贴付给雇主，雇主必须另外提交申请。付款没有保证。请在官方页面上确认。
