阿拉伯联合酋长国私营部门的工人有什么病假？
2021年第33号联邦法令规定，试用期结束后，工人一年病假不超过90天，可以连续也可以分开：前15天全薪，其后30天半薪，其余无薪。工人在三个工作日内通知雇主并提交医疗报告。试用期内没有有薪病假，雇主可以根据医疗报告给予无薪假。
