Service Public zegt dat je op een kiezerslijst moet staan om te stemmen. Als je in Frankrijk woont, schrijf je je in bij een gemeentehuis, online, per post of aan de balie. Een Frans persoon die 18 wordt, wordt automatisch ingeschreven als die vanaf 16 jaar de burgerlijke telling heeft gedaan.
